Carlton Porter has been found guilty of second-degree trafficking, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Feb. 22, 2012, Carlton Porter was observed approaching the occupants of cars in the Wells/Goodfellow neighborhood. Porter would speak to the occupants, retreat to a hole in the ground, return with a PCP-soaked cigarette and sell the cigarette to the occupants. Police found PCP and two packs of More cigarettes in the hole in the ground.
A St. Louis jury convicted Porter on Jan. 16. Sentencing is set in the case for March 7 in front of St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Christopher McGraugh.
Congratulations ACA Levinson and team!
