Sr.’s residence at 3XX Eichelberger when he responded to a knock at the door.  The defendant and an unknown individual were outside armed with firearms.  The defendant was armed with a handgun and the other individual with a shotgun.  The defendant forced C.V. back into the residence at gun point.  He then entered the kitchen where victim A.B., Jr. was located and stated “where’s it at?”  When 17 year-old A.B., Jr. responded that he did not know what the defendant was referring to, the defendant pistol whipped him in the face and fired a shot in his direction.  C.V. was able to escape the residence and flee on foot.  A.B., Jr. then heard numerous gun shots from inside of the apartment and then saw that his father, A.B., Sr., had been shot numerous times.  A.B. Sr. was pronounced dead at the hospital."
