ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office refused to file charges against the owner of three dogs that attacked and killed a woman last month.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department filed charges against the 54-year-old man Wednesday in connection with the Jan. 15 death of Gladys Anthony. According to a press release from the police department, the charges were refused due to a lack of evidence.
