ST. LOUIS — New St. Louis Circuit Attorney, Gabe Gore, swiftly made three new hires Thursday, including veteran St. Louis prosecutor Mary Pat Carl, Chief Warrant Officer Steven J. Capizzi and former First Assistant Circuit Attorney Terrence O'Toole, Sr.
Mary Pat Carl is returning to take the helm of new St. Louis Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore's homicide division.
