Man who attacked multiple people in Tower Grove Park gets prison sentence

KSDK– A man was sentenced to 25 years in prison after admitting to a series of attacks in Tower Grove Park last year.
According to a press release from the 22nd Circuit Court of Missouri, 61-year-old Austin Fitzgerald pleaded guilty on Thursday to 13 felonies in connection with the attacks last August.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said on Aug. 1, two female victims were at the park when Fitzgerald approached them from behind with a "black pistol-like firearm" and stated, "You two are coming with me."
