St. Louis Post-Dispatch – No charges will be filed in the fatal stabbing at Busch Stadium amid a dispute between two cleaning crew members, Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore's office decided Tuesday.
The office issued a statement that said: "The CAO does not disclose its reasons for declining charges."
"Homicide investigations often involve complex legal questions, including issues related to self-defense," the statement added.
Police were called about 2:40 a.m. Monday to the 700 block of Clark Avenue and found the victim, Arrin Jones, 27, of Riverview. Police arrested a 65-year-old man.
