Gore Hires Three Former Prosecutors With Ties to St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office

ST. LOUIS — Three former prosecutors with ties to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office are returning to work there under Gabe Gore, who was sworn in to replace Kim Gardner on Tuesday. 


A spokesperson confirmed Mary Pat Carl, Steven Capizzi, and Terrence O’Toole, Sr.’s hires late Thursday.


“My priority is rebuilding this office with prosecutors at the top of their field. We are fortunate to have three very experienced attorneys joining our staff with a deep working knowledge of criminal justice in the City of St. Louis,” Gore said.
