Man Sentenced to 18 Years For Armed Robberies
June 3, 2026

ST. LOUIS, MO  (June 3, 2026) — Terrell Hall, 24, was sentenced Wednesday to 18 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to first-degree robbery, three counts of second-degree robbery, and four counts of armed criminal action stemming from a series of armed robberies in Fox Park and the Central West End. At the time of the offenses, Hall was on probation for three separate attempted first-degree robberies in the City of St. Louis.

On January 22, 2025, Hall approached a 30-year-old man near the 2700 block of Sidney Street in the City's Fox Park neighborhood while armed with a handgun. Hall pointed the handgun at the victim, demanded his valuables, and stole multiple items, including an iPhone, keys, and a wallet.

The following day, January 23, 2025, Hall approached a 25-year-old man, a 30-year-old woman, and a 27-year-old woman near the 3900 block of West Pine Boulevard in the City's Central West End neighborhood while armed with a handgun. Hall and co-defendant Charles Kelly, 25, pointed handguns at the victims, demanded their valuables, and stole multiple items, including iPhones, an Apple Watch, debit cards, a purse, and apartment keys.

Officers later located the vehicle used in the robberies and attempted a traffic stop. Hall fled, driving at a high rate of speed and disregarding traffic signals. During the pursuit, Hall crashed the vehicle in St. Louis County. The vehicle caught fire after the crash, causing ammunition inside to discharge.

Hall fled on foot, but officers apprehended him a short time later. Officers recovered one victim's iPhone and Apple Watch from Hall when they took him into custody. Officers also recovered a firearm near his location.

"Every violent crime affects not only the victims involved but also the broader community," said Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore. "Our office remains committed to aggressively prosecuting violent crime and working toward a higher level of public safety for everyone who lives, works, and visits the City of St. Louis."

Following Hall’s conviction in this case, the court revoked his probation in those cases and sentenced him to 15 years in prison. His co-defendant, Kelly, was sentenced to five years in prison for his role in the January 23, 2025, robbery.

Assistant Circuit Attorney Andrew Costello prosecuted the case.

Hall's case number is 2522-CR02179. Kelly's case number is 2522-CR00246-01.
