Leann J. Mosby Named Director of Community Engagement For St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office

ST. LOUIS, MO (October 10, 2023) — St. Louis Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore today announced the appointment of Leann J. Mosby as Director of Community Engagement, effective October 10, 2023.


“Ms. Mosby has an outstanding track record as an innovative and dynamic communicator, team builder and champion of diversity, equity and inclusion,” Gore said. “She will play a lead role in advancing this office’s core initiative of building strong relationships with the community.”


“As a longtime city resident, I welcome this exciting opportunity to help foster an ongoing, honest and open dialogue between residents, community leaders, organizations, and the Circuit Attorney’s Office,” Mosby said. “I plan to hit the ground running and to deploy all my skills and energy to carry this vital initiative forward.”


Mosby was a senior business communications consultant for Wells Fargo Advisors in St. Louis, where she has worked since 2014. She created the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Council for new employees and developed and managed multi-platform internal and external stakeholder communications strategies. Her expertise includes instituting cross-functional partnerships and improving efficiency in metrics reporting and business continuity planning.


Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mosby was a project coordinator for Vector Communications in St. Louis, where her public engagement responsibilities included stakeholder outreach, organizational development, and strategic planning for numerous corporate and political clients.
