January 11, 2024

ST. LOUIS, MO (January 11, 2024) — 29-year-old Romello Thomas pleaded guilty today to murder in the shooting death of Kourtney Steed, 27, on December 23, 2018, in the 5900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in the Carondelet neighborhood.
