St. Louis Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Sexual Exploitation of Underage Girls
May 5, 2025

ST. LOUIS, MO (May 5, 2025) —St. Louis Man Receives 15-Year Sentence for Sexual Exploitation of Minors.

Curion M. Turner, 26, entered a guilty plea to four counts of statutory rape and two counts of statutory sodomy as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

In 2023, Turner had sexual encounters with three girls, aged 13 and 14, who he lied to about his age by portraying himself as a 17-year-old. After meeting in person or on social media, he convinced each girl to enter into romantic and sexual relationships with him. In July, he engaged in sexual acts with a 14-year-old he met at a party. In November, he arranged for a ride-share service to bring a 13-year-old girl from her middle school to his home, where he engaged in sexual activity with her. He also gave a 14-year-old marijuana and alcohol and brought her to a hotel where they engaged in sexual activity.

At the plea and sentencing hearing, Assistant Circuit Attorney Sydney Beecher read statements from the mothers of two of the victims. While expressing the unbearable and unimaginable trauma their daughters are having to endure, they also talked about their strength and determination on their road to recovery.

“The crimes committed by Turner are unforgivable. Crimes against minors are among the most serious and disturbing offenses we prosecute. We will use every tool at our disposal to ensure offenders are held accountable,” said Circuit Attorney Gore.
