Woman Sentenced to 18 Years in Prison for Role in 2022 Baden Neighborhood Ambush Shooting
January 28, 2026

ST. LOUIS, MO  (January 28, 2026) — Alexis Greene, 24, was sentenced Wednesday to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter and armed criminal action for her role in a 2022 shooting in the Baden neighborhood. Greene drove the vehicle used in the targeted shooting.

On August 3, 2022, Greene drove co-defendants Anton Greene, 22, and Taheim Davis, 26, to Halls Ferry Road, where the group fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle. Twenty-five-year-old Tijean Bow was shot in the head and died. A 30-year-old passenger was shot in the back and survived. A third occupant was not injured. Investigators identified the suspects using surveillance footage.

Anton Greene pled guilty on September 4, 2025, to second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and first-degree assault and received a 22-year prison sentence. Taheim Davis pled guilty on August 25, 2025, to the same charges and received a 23-year sentence. Alexis Greene is the final defendant sentenced in the case.

“This case is a prime example of the senseless violence that has plagued our neighborhoods for too long. The decision to settle a dispute with gunfire has led to a tragic loss of life and lengthy prison sentences for perpetrators,” said Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore. “We will continue to prosecute gun violence to the fullest extent of the law.”

Special Assistant Circuit Attorney Gordon Ankney and Assistant Circuit Attorney Andrew Costello prosecuted the case.

The case number is 2222-CR01164-01.
